So it turns out I "re-created" something copyrighted completely unintentionally. Yes, I saw something and was inspired in a FLASH but I didn't intend to mock or copycat something. If my memory was temporarily photographic and resulted in this I'm sorry to the fans who have complained about me "claiming it to be original" Geez take a breather.
